Are you searching for an overview of works by a particular author? Do you know the title and need to find the author? Would you like to get a list of basic literature covering a particular field? The staff members of the Information Services Department will be happy to help you with such problems:

At your request, the IS staff members will prepare a search on the given topic, based on the criteria determined by you (language, time span, resource documents...).

If you are only looking for information about news, you can use the public news service (Czech only) or the SDI service, automated query processing in the electronic catalogue.
The IS provides access to a number of internal and external databases and has its own reference library, which processes readers’ queries.
The IS includes a bibliography section, which mainly builds the database of articles from the regional newspapers and updates the database of regional cultural personalities REGO. Both databases are accessible from the main library catalogue.
